## Gallery Terms of Service
These Gallery Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of all online galleries provided by the Photographer/Studio ("Studio"). Accessing, viewing, downloading, sharing, or otherwise using any gallery content constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

### 1. Ownership & Copyright
All photographs, images, and media displayed in the gallery are protected by copyright and remain the sole and exclusive property of the Studio. No ownership rights are transferred to the client or any third party under any circumstances.

### 2. License & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Studio grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and download images for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any commercial use, publication, resale, sublicensing, or distribution—whether for profit or promotional purposes—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Studio.

### 3. Alteration, Editing & AI Use Prohibited
Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, retouched, cropped, color-adjusted, enhanced, or modified in any manner by the client or any third party. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
* Presets, filters, or social media edits
* AI-generated modifications or enhancements
* Third-party retouching, graphic overlays, or compositing
Any unauthorized alteration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate termination of usage rights.

### 4. Third-Party Access & Responsibility
Gallery links may be shared solely for viewing purposes. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that any third party with access complies with these Terms. The Studio bears no responsibility for misuse by third parties once access is granted by the client.

### 5. Gallery Availability, Expiration & Re-Upload
Galleries are available for a limited period as determined by the Studio. Clients are solely responsible for downloading all images prior to the expiration date.
Expired galleries may be permanently removed from active storage. If restoration is available, a $25 re-upload fee will apply.

### 6. Archiving & Data Retention
While the Studio may retain archived copies, long-term storage is not guaranteed. The Studio is not liable for loss of images after gallery expiration.

### 7. Download Responsibility & Image Quality
The Studio is not responsible for image quality degradation caused by client devices, downloads, compression, screen calibration, printing services, or third-party platforms.

### 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to access gallery content.

### 9. Enforcement & Revocation
The Studio reserves the right to restrict or revoke gallery access, pursue remedies, or terminate licenses at any time in response to violations of these Terms.

### 10. Modifications to Terms
The Studio may update or modify these Terms at its discretion. Continued access to the gallery constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

### 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Studio’s operating jurisdiction.
